A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. - Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full. - Notice must be provided via email or the official scheduling system. - Text messages or last-minute notifications may not qualify as official notice. Except in legitimate emergencies, these standards apply consistently. Lesson times cannot be reassigned on short notice.

For online sessions: - A stable internet connection is required. - Instruments and materials should be ready before the lesson begins. - If technical difficulties occur, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule as appropriate.

If a student chooses to discontinue lessons: - A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required. - Tuition is non-refundable once the month has begun.
