• Tuition is due at the beginning of each 4 lesson cycle.
• Lessons are confirmed once payment is received.
• Tuition is non-refundable once the month has begun.

Consistent tuition allows for stable scheduling and long-term progress.

Definition of a “No-Show” is:

• Missing a scheduled lesson without prior notice.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late.

No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for make-up lessons.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
• Notice must be provided via email or the official scheduling system.
• Text messages or last-minute notifications may not qualify as official notice.

Except in legitimate emergencies, these standards apply consistently.

Lesson times cannot be reassigned on short notice.

Musical Growth honors the same 24-hour standard.

• If the teacher cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, a free make-up lesson will be offered.
• If cancellation occurs with more than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson will be rescheduled.
• In rare emergencies, flexibility and fairness will apply.

Make-up lessons are available when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

• Make-ups should be scheduled within the same month whenever possible.
• Make-up lessons cannot be carried over indefinitely unless agreed upon in advance.
• No-shows are not eligible for make-up lessons.

The goal is consistency, not ongoing rescheduling.

• Students are encouraged to practice consistently between lessons. Musical Growth emphasizes sustainable habits, confidence-building, and curiosity — not perfection.
• Parents are encouraged to support younger students in developing simple, consistent routines.

Open communication supports steady progress.

• Parent involvement is encouraged for younger students.
• For older students and teens, involvement may vary depending on maturity and independence.

For online sessions:

• A stable internet connection is required.
• Instruments and materials should be ready before the lesson begins.
• If technical difficulties occur, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule as appropriate.

If a student chooses to discontinue lessons:

• A minimum of 7 to 14 days’ written notice is required.
• Tuition may be refunded for any remaining lessons that have not yet been taught, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Holiday schedules and studio breaks will be communicated in advance.

• Monthly tuition remains consistent unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clear communication ensures fairness and stability for both families and the studio.

Musical Growth is committed to providing a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Students are expected to:

• Respect the teacher and treat all materials needed for the lessons with care.
• Participation with effort and cooperation is encouraged!

While it does not happen often, repeated disruptive behavior may result in lesson termination.
