I love essential oils and know people who have had a lot of help from using them. My mother in law used them on her late husband who had COPD for over 30 years. He was given 6 months to live when she first married him, and thanks to her care she kept him alive for over 10 years. I really like your drop down and how you categorized the oils. I will definitely be referencing it.

What an amazing story – thank you for sharing. I’m still amazed all the uses essential oils have and after doing research for another article, the traditions of aromatherapy speak for themselves. I’m so amazed your mother-in-law used EO’s on her husband and had such great benefits. It’s very inspiring. I do hope this guide and the research I’ve done helps you or anyone you know!
